Sheet Metal LS Swap Mock-Up Motor

We do a lot of LS swaps at Red Dirt Rodz, and when we saw this sheet metal LS mock-up motor at SEMA, we knew we had to have one. We ordered one and shot a video of the assembly on our RedDirtRodz YouTube channel. This mock-up block is available as a short or long block. The long block has sheet metal heads that can be configured as LS1 or LS7 heads, or you cna use your own heads. The only thing you can’t do with this is actually bolt a crankshaft in it, but you can everything else- oil pan, accessory drive, intake, etc. You can even mock up your exhaust. This allows your to do all the hard work on your swap without having to drop the heavy engine in there only to have to pull it out 15 times.

The mock-up assembly takes about 20 minutes, and this lightweight LS mock-up engine is ready to go.
